Meyer Electric Inc. Contract to provide Web Hosting Service.

 I have read and understand the terms and conditions as stated. ___________

 I understand that the fee is $10 dollars / month for 100 megabytes of space (payable on the 1^st day of the month. _________

 I understand that this is a 24-month commitment and that I will obey all the terms and conditions set forth in the Term and Agreement statement. ________

 Upon signing this Contract I, ________________________agree to the statements above and will adhere to the Terms and Agreements set forth in the Term and Agreement statement.

 I understand that signing this agreement will give me 1 Username and password to be listed below and that Meyer Electric Inc. will NOT release any username / password information unless proper authentication has been received.___________

 I will pay the amounts as outlined above for 24 consecutive months due on the 1^st payable by the 15^th and understand that if not paid by the 15^th that my connection  and website will be terminated and only reconnected after paying a $20 reconnection fee and any back dues.
